We refine your layout design in close collaboration with you until you’re completely satisfied — ensuring it supports both your vision and an optimal customer flow. Once the layout is finalised, we bring it to life with a full-colour 3D proposal that gives you a clear, immersive view of the intended design.
Following approval of the design concept we undertake the full plans, elevations and joinery details to provide a comprehensive documentation package for landlord, council, certifier and builders. Everything you need to ensure the store is approved and built to the exact detail.
If you don’t already have a shopfitter in mind, we can manage the tender process on your behalf by inviting a selection of trusted shopfitters we regularly work with. We carefully match the right team to your project and limit the tender to a maximum of three companies — ensuring a fair, focused process that respects everyone’s time while delivering competitive, quality-driven outcomes.
Typically council approvals will be handled by you, the client or a 3rd party consultant (i.e hydraulics engineer). As part of our scope of works we will liaise with the landlord to ensure the design meets their requirements and obtains approval.
At this point we hand over to the shopfitter but we stay in close contact with all parties to ensure the design can be built as intended and as per the plans.
A final site inspection will be carried out with yourself and the shopfitter to ensure we are all left with a result that all parties can be proud of.
